What began as a family adventure of two brothers who launched into artisanal baking to supply many restaurants in Montreal with quality breads has continued to evolve constantly and quickly.<\/p>

While the brothers initially took on production and delivery alone, L'\u00c9picurien bakery can now count on a team of 28 employees, including 8 bakers \u2013 and this number continues to grow (at the time of writing, the 9th and 10th bakers are about to join the team).<\/p>

Our mandate is to continue to offer the same great bread as since day one, made in an artisanal way and with quality ingredients. We have now adapted to be able to produce in large volumes, without sacrificing quality!<\/p>

Consistency, precisely! We are an artisan bakery and, as such, we\nobviously cannot guarantee a standardization of the composition of our products and their\nmanufacturing processes as perfect as that of an industrial line. However, we have made the bet to offer\nartisanal products with a high standardization. You have the right to be demanding!<\/p>

How do we go about it? It all starts, as we said, with our team of\nexperienced bakers. The next step involves precisely defined and controlled production processes.\nFinally, we finish with a rigorous quality control: our slicing and packaging team\nknows that if a product does not meet the established criteria, the bread is discarded. And there, no waste: all our\nlosses are donated to charities.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The quality of the recipes. At L'\u00c9picurien, we are convinced that it is the quality of the ingredients\nthat makes the difference. And this is as true for the flours that we use as for the various fillings\nthat we generously incorporate into our breads. It is according to this same principle that we\ndecided to produce a range of pure butter brioche breads \u2013 which did not, however, push us\nto sacrifice their price, which we kept affordable!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A complete range of artisan breads. We offer a wide range of\nartisan products. For all, the same watchwords: quality and consistency!
From baguettes to sliced \u200b\u200bsquare loaves, through various 1 kg loaves in slices of\ndifferent thicknesses and small country loaves to share or use in a soup bowl, not\nforgetting our range of pure butter brioche burger buns and that of potato burger buns\n(vegan recipe), our products meet all your needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

And the range will continue to expand over time.
